HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. You may enter once per day. There are 3 ways to enter:
- Complete the entry form on our website
- Order any product from our site and you will be automatically entered in the drawing.
- Mail us a postcard no larger than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches with your name, address, telephone number, and email address to:

Each entry form must be postmarked separately. Our $500 merchandise give away begins Feb 1st, 2004 and ends December 15th , 2004. All mailed entries must be postmarked by November 15th, 2004, and received by December 15th, 2004 in order to be considered. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.
DRAWING
A random selection will be held on or about December 15th, 2004 to select the winner. This random selection shall be performed by the President of the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce, or other impartial entity as announced on our website prior to the drawing, and all entrants agree that his or her decision shall be deemed as final, binding, and uncontestable. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility. An alternate winner may be selected if initial winner fails to sign and return affidavit within 21 calendar days of attempted delivery. Where permitted, winners agree to the use of their name and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become the property of White Marlin Designs, Inc., and will not be returned.
ELIGIBILITY
Winner must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. resident. Employees of and suppliers to White Marlin Designs, Inc., and their immediate families are ineligible. Taxes are the prize winner's responsibility. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
No cash substitutions permitted. No prize substitutions permitted except as agreed to by White Marlin Designs, Inc. If prize becomes unavailable, a similar prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
WINNER INFORMATION
Winner information will be available after December 22ND 2004, and announced on the www.oceanthings.com website.
ERRORS
Entries which are illegible, mechanically reproduced, illegitimated obtained or tampered with, or have incomplete addresses are void and will not be considered. All contest entrants agree to hold harmless White Marlin Designs, Inc., its employees and officers, from Acts of God, printing errors, postage due, or late or misdirected mail.
PRIZES
The prize is a $500 store credit with WMD on our website, www.oceanthings.com. In the event the winner decides to use this credit towards a fish mount, the fish mount and art pricing shall be priced at $10/inch.
